Library Frequently Asked Questions
- I returned my items to the book drop, but the items are still listed on my account. Why?

Items returned in the book drops are removed and placed under quarantine for a minimum of 96 hours. After the quarantine period those items are checked back in.
- Am I going to be charged for items that are overdue on my account?
- No. We are currently not charging any fines on overdue items checked out to accounts.
- I forgot my library card # / PIN / password. Can you tell me what it is?
- If you are trying to access your account online and need help, please call the Central Library (or your local branch) for assistance.
