Library Frequently Asked Questions

I returned my items to the book drop, but the items are still listed on my account. Why?
Items returned in the book drops are removed and placed under quarantine for a minimum of 96 hours. After the quarantine period those items are checked back in.
Am I going to be charged for items that are overdue on my account?
No. We are currently not charging any fines on overdue items checked out to accounts.
I forgot my library card # / PIN / password. Can you tell me what it is?
If you are trying to access your account online and need help, please call the Central Library (or your local branch) for assistance.

Check out Hoopla, Libby, and OverDrive for access to ebooks, audiobooks, movies, music, and more. All are available by searching in your device's app store. You can also access Hoopla and OverDrive via a PC.
