Library Pass Program

What it is...

A Museum and Cultural Pass Program for the entire family, providing Schenectady County Public Library families with the opportunity to get reduced or free entrance fees into many of our county's cultural venues.

Library Pass Program Guidelines:

Passes are available from the Central Library of the Schenectady County Public Library located at 99 Clinton Street, Schenectady, NY 12305
Passes must be returned to a staff member at the Circulation Desk of the Central Library during regular library hours. Do not use a Drop Box
Passes are available to Schenectady County residents (18 and older) who possess a valid library card
Passes are first-come, first served; there are no requests or renewals
One pass per family at any one time
Loan period: two days
Overdue fee: $5 per day
If a Library Pass is lost or stolen, the replacement fee is the responsibility of the card holder.

- Season: May 28 to October 18, 2010; not available August 14 & 15 and Septemper 10-12
- Replacement fee: $75

- Pass admits 1 family of 4- must include 1 adult 18 years or older
- Season: June through November, 2010
- Pass does NOT include SRV rides (Simulated Reality Vehicle rides)
- Replacement fee: $50

The Hyde Collection: Historic House & Museum

- Pass admits 1 cardholder and family (2 adults & children under 18)
  to Museum Complex
- Discounted admission to ticketed special exhibits
- Included in admission: audio guides by cell, family activities, lectures & programs (excluding special events)
- Replacement fee: $65

Iwerks at Proctors Theatre

- Replacement fee: $50

Mabee Farm Historic Site (updated 04/22/2010)

Schenectady Civic Players

- Season: Main Stage shows 2009–2010
- Pass must be presented at the Box Office prior to 7:30 pm.
- Pass subject to seat availability after 7:30 pm.

Schenectady Museum and Suits-Bueche Planetarium
