Registration now for the 2007-2008 series!

You are invited to a Great Books reading and discussion series, where adults meet informally to read, consider, and discuss some of the best books written in the past 2500 years.
The Great Books group meets every other week for one to two hours. There are no requirements except the desire to learn.
2007-2008 discussions will begin with an introduction at the Central Library, on October 18 at 10 a.m. in the staff lounge on the second floor. All discussions will be held on Thursdays at 10 a.m. Books may be ordered through the Great Books Foundation ( www.greatbooks.org ).
Discussions will be guided by Robert Donovan, Professor Emeritus, University at Albany, who will encourage the group to think about problems of meaning in the great books.
For any additional information, call Jo Adams at 388-4522.
No tuition is charged, and no credit is given. Please join us!
