Contest Rules:
In submitting this Entry Form to Schenectady County Public Library (SCPL) for the iPad Giveaway Contest, the Entrant acknowledges that he/she has read and agrees to be bound by these Contest Rules. SCPL may modify these rules at any time, in its discretion, including without limitation amending, terminating or suspending the Contest, in whole or in part, with or without prior notice. SCPL reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Entry or Entrant it deems to be in violation of the Contest Rules. Only ONE Entry per Entrant allowed. Once the Entrant has filled out the Entry Form, the Entrant is responsible for placing the Entry Form in the designated container themselves.

Eligibility:
To be eligble, the Entrant must be a resident of Schenectady County, at least 18 years old, and be a valid card holder of Schenectady County Public Library in good standing. In order to be “IN GOOD STANDING”, the Entrant must not be banned from any of the Library System’s branches. If there are egregious fees or fines on the Entrant’s account, they will be given the opportunity to pay them. Once payment has been accepted and the Entrant is in good standing with the Library, the Entrant may then be allowed to fill out the Entry Form and submit it in the designated container. This contest is not open to any employee or volunteer of SCPL.

Contest Terms:
The Contest will begin Sunday, April 12, 2015 and end Sunday, May 31, 2015. Drawing for the prize(s) will be held Monday, June 1, 2015 at the Central Branch of SCPL. The winning Entry Form will be chosen randomly by an SCPL staff member from all collected forms from all branches. The winning Entrant will be contacted by the information provided on this Entry Form. In the event that SCPL cannot make contact with the winning Entrant within 24 hours, a new Entry Form will be pulled from the collection, and so on until there is a valid winner.

By agreeing to all of the rules and terms stated above, the Entrant agrees to the use of their name and likeness to be used in promotional materials for SCPL. Any disagreement with these conditions will disqualify the Entrant from this Contest.
